Kitchen Assistant


Minimum requirements:


  • 2 years of experience in Japanese Cuisine, Sushi.

  • Resident of Oslo, Norway.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Ability to work late evening shifts. 


Education, profile, knowledge and skills:


  • High hygiene standarts.

  • Precision, attention to details.

  • Ability to stand for long periods.

  • Attendance, diligence, punctuality and reliability.

  • Ability to handle pressure in a fast paced environment.

  • Ability to multitask and quick decision making.

  • ·Availability for flexible working hours depending on event requirements.

  • Good knowledge of HACCP is an asset (training will be provided otherwise).

  • Experience with cutting whole fish: salmon, halibut, turbot, trout, mackerel.

  • Experience with prepapration of whole shellfish: king crab, langoustines, snow crab, scallops, oysters, sea urchin.


Job type: Part-time / Full-time
