Open positions:
Kitchen Assistant
Minimum requirements:
-
2 years of experience in Japanese Cuisine, Sushi.

Resident of Oslo, Norway.

Fluent in English.

Ability to work late evening shifts.
Education, profile, knowledge and skills:
-
High hygiene standarts.
-
Precision, attention to details.
-
Ability to stand for long periods.
-
Attendance, diligence, punctuality and reliability.
-
Ability to handle pressure in a fast paced environment.
-
Ability to multitask and quick decision making.
-
·Availability for flexible working hours depending on event requirements.
-
Good knowledge of HACCP is an asset (training will be provided otherwise).
-
Experience with cutting whole fish: salmon, halibut, turbot, trout, mackerel.
-
Experience with prepapration of whole shellfish: king crab, langoustines, snow crab, scallops, oysters, sea urchin.
Job type: Part-time / Full-time
