Duration

Please allow approximately three and a half hours for the dining experience.

Arrive Early

We kindly ask all our guests not to be late. We open doors 17:50 and close them 18:15. We start service for all our guests at the same time.

Dress Code

The dress code is smart casual. Please avoid shorts, tank tops or sandals.

 

Perfume

We ask that guests limit the amount of perfume they wear, so as not to interfere with the experience of other guests.

 

Photography

Taking photos and videos is allowed, but please do not use a flash.

 

Children

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate children who are under 12 years old or children who cannot eat the seasonal set menu.

Allergies

We seek your kind understanding that seafood, shellfish and soy are predominant ingredients in all our meals, we regret to inform you that we will be unable to provide gluten-free, vegetarian/vegan meals or non-seafood options.
For any other dietary requests, please contact us before making a reservation.

We serve a seasonal set menu focused mainly on local Nordic ingredients: fish, seafood, and occasionally meat.

Seasonal Omakase Menu

Approx. 20 courses
Price: 3500 NOK per guest

 

- Sake Pairing: 1850 NOK per guest
- Wine Pairing: 2650 NOK per guest (incl. Krug, Grande Cuvée)

- Wine & Sake Pairing: 1850 NOK per guest

- Non-Alcoholic Pairing: 950 NOK per guest
 

You also have the option to choose a beverage from our Beverage Selection.

At Sabi Omakase Oslo, we aim to offer more than just a meal — we invite you into a dining experience rooted in Japanese tradition, where focus, harmony, and presence are essential. To help us uphold this atmosphere and ensure the best possible experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you take a moment to review the following guidelines.

Duration

Please allow approximately two and a half hours for the dining experience. Kindly note that there will be no smoking breaks during the dining experience.

Arrive On Time

We kindly ask our guests to arrive on time.

Please note that doors open at the reservation time. To ensure a seamless dining experience, service begins for all guests simultaneously.

Dress Code

While there’s no strict rulebook, we kindly suggest avoiding tank tops, shorts, or sandals.

 

Perfume

We kindly request that you refrain from using perfume or other cosmetics with strong odors. The scent of perfume could interfere with the chef’s sense of smell and the experience of other guests.

 

Photography

You are welcome to take photos and videos, but we kindly ask that you refrain from using a flash and avoid including other guests in your photos.

 

Children

We regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 12 or those who are unable to partake in the seasonal set menu.
